EL PESCADERO:
El Pescadero and its surrounding areas are considered RURAL Mexico. We kindly request our guests to keep this in mind before arrival, to ensure a smooth experience. The infrastructure and certain amenities here are still developing in many ways. For instance, electricity is a fairly new addition to this area (within the last 3 years), so there may be occasional power outages, although rare. Water pressure might not be on par with what you'd find in the US or Western Europe. Most of the roads off the main highway are unpaved and do not have street names, and houses do not have addresses. Instead, you'll need to rely on the maps provided and perhaps do a little research of your own.
